Refund Policy

We currently sell only fabrics and notions and do not offer services at this time.

Notions: All notions that are ordered and correctly delivered carry a 3‑month guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If a notion is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or store credit once the item has been returned and inspected.

Fabrics: Because fabric is cut to your order, all correctly delivered fabric orders are non‑refundable once the fabric has been cut. Please double‑check your measurements and selections before completing your purchase.

Returns & Shipping: For all approved returns, the client is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
